Jacek Helle has over 20 years of experience in industry and consulting. After his first positions as a strategic buyer at Getrag-Ford Transmissions GmbH and as Group Controller at E-Plus Mobilfunk GmbH, he moved to PricewaterhouseCoopers GmbH in the restructuring department and later to Dr. Wieselhuber & Partner GmbH, a management consultancy specialising in family businesses in special situations.
During this time, he was responsible for many projects in various industries with the aim of eliminating earnings weaknesses in an implementation-oriented manner, optimising processes and products in line with lean thinking and thus realigning companies holistically and strategically – also in board positions.
The company has been supporting medium-sized companies since 2012. In addition to traditional restructuring, profit improvement and process optimisation projects, newly developed technologies are also industrialised,

Werner Faßbinder has over 30 years of experience in the industry. After his first years as a quality engineer and project manager for well-known automotive suppliers and industrial companies, he moved to a newly founded joint venture of Beru AG. Here he played a key role in setting up production.
He then worked for a subsidiary of the automotive supplier Magna and managed major projects ranging from the relocation of production for existing products to the development of new product groups.
Subsequently, he was responsible for the entire supply chain management and manufacturing for Kaba (Benzing) GmbH in Schwenningen. The focus was on realisation- oriented earnings growth and increasing technological competitiveness. In line with lean management, processes and products were optimised and the company’s competitiveness increased. His pronounced process thinking and his affinity for IT made implementation much easier for him.
He spent the last few years as Technical Director of a subsidiary organisation of a large trading company in the furniture industry. There he promoted the technological exchange with research institutes and the reorganisation of intralogistics.

Sören Quent has over 21 years of experience in the areas of financing, restructuring and consulting. As a trained banker and senior consultant at the Gerling Group, he began his career in corporate finance and supply chain finance. He then moved to PricewaterhouseCoopers GmbH in the restructuring department and later to another consultancy firm. In addition, he managed a medium-sized automotive trading group and also worked as commercial director of a medium-sized administrator’s office in Düsseldorf.
During his time as a senior member of the Gerling Group, Sören Quent was responsible for Meyer Werft and the stainless steel division of Thyssen Krupp, among others. As part of his activities for consulting companies, he was responsible for the preparation of expert reports in accordance with IdW S6 and their implementation for medium-sized companies.
Sören Quent has been working as an interim manager in management positions for 12 years and has worked on more than 15 projects for various clients during this time. The focus has been on reorganisation and restructuring situations. In addition to relocation and cost reduction issues, company sales were prepared and successfully completed.
In addition to family entrepreneurs, clients include banks, PEs and international investors. The projects for which Sören Quent is responsible as CEO, CRO, CFO or general representative were in various sectors, including automotive, injection moulding, digitalisation, mechanical engineering, glass and retail.

Nan Ju has 14 years of experience in advising large and medium-sized companies. After studying business administration in Germany and China, he spent 6 years advising large and medium-sized companies on the execution and valuation of company acquisitions and sales in the Transaction Services department of PricewaterhouseCoopers GmbH.
During this time, he was responsible for many projects in various sectors with the aim of analysing and evaluating potential purchase and sale properties (due diligence), structuring the transaction process and successfully concluding the purchase or sale.
Since 2014, he has been responsible for many M&A transactions as Managing Director at Eurasien Consulting GmbH in Frankfurt. There he successfully supported many well-known Chinese buyers as well as well-known European sellers in their transaction and integration projects (PMI) of various types.
Since 2021, he has been a partner at Reengineering Management GmbH, where he is responsible for the financial optimisation of commercial areas in restructuring projects in addition to classic and distressed M&A transactions and topics.
His expertise therefore lies in the holistic implementation of corporate transactions, i.e. from the search for a company (target), to carrying out due diligence, valuing the company, managing the communication process and conducting the purchase or sale negotiations through to supporting the parties in the integration of the companies (post-merger integration). In addition, we optimise the internal controlling and reporting of the companies within the restructuring projects.
Andreas Krämer has over 25 years of professional experience in retail banking. After graduating with a degree in economics from the University of Bonn, he began a successful international career in the automotive banking sector at Ford Bank, Mazda Bank, Jaguar and Land Rover Financial Services. He has gained profound expertise in the entire range of tasks of a retail bank at local and European level in Germany and abroad (in particular sales & marketing, risk management, overall bank management, governance), as well as in relationship management with all stakeholders (e.g. banking supervision, rating agencies, investors, deposit protection funds). Most recently, he was General Manager of Ford Bank and Executive Director of FCE Bank plc.
In addition to many years of experience in bank management, knowledge in refinancing management, risk management and customer-oriented retail banking, in sales & marketing of the automotive bank, he has managed various restructuring projects (in some cases with necessary negotiations of reconciliation of interests and social plans).
He has been working as an independent consultant since 2017 and has been an Associate
Partner at Reengineering TAG GmbH since 2020.

Dr Hans Jörg Eyrich has over 20 years of experience in consulting and corporate management. After training as a banker and studying economics with a subsequent doctorate, he began his professional career at Arthur Andersen & Co. GmbH. He later moved to a medium-sized tax consultancy and auditing firm.
During this time, he was responsible for auditing and consulting assignments in various industries and different legal forms. In addition to pure auditing activities, he uncovered and realised potential for improvement in clients’ structures and processes.
In 2002, he moved to DRF e.V. and carried out an extensive reorganisation. As CEO of the AG and Managing Director of several subsidiaries in Germany and abroad, he consolidated the companies into the DRF Luftrettung Group.
He has been supporting medium-sized companies in his own company since 2018 and has been an Associate Partner at Reengineering TAG GmbH since 2020.
His expertise lies in the holistic restructuring of companies, the integration of different corporate cultures and the optimisation of existing structures and processes through to the strategic realignment of the company.

Hans Michael Traub has almost 30 years of management and consulting experience in a wide range of sectors and industries. After his first position as an assistant and later as Deputy Head of Human Resources in a large medium-sized trading company and automotive supplier, he moved to a waste disposal and recycling company within an energy supply group as Head of Human Resources.
In the course of an outsourcing process, he became a self-employed management consultant specialising in personnel and organisational development. During this time, he was responsible for many national and international projects in various sectors and areas as a managing director
After further engagements as Director Human Resources in an Anglo-Saxon corporation and as Head of Human Resources in an aviation company, he returned to self-employment as a managing partner in his own consulting firm specialising in human resources. He has been an Associate Partner at Reengineering TAG GmbH since 2020.
His expertise lies in the holistic view of corporate structures and the optimisation and digitalisation of the processes at work within them. Specialising in committee work in relation to dealing with employee representatives, he can get faltering negotiations back on track and lead to a profitable and compromise-based outcome. Reiner Holzmann has over 25 years of experience in trade, industry and consulting. After his first positions as a technical and strategic buyer and group leader at Fehrer GmbH (Automotive First Tier) and as Supervisor Purchasing Europe at Kennametal GmbH, he moved to various companies in the metalworking, mechanical and plant engineering, electronics and automation technology and plastic injection moulding sectors.
During this time, he was responsible for many management positions and projects in various industries with a focus on purchasing, supply chain management through to value chain management and restructuring in this area with the aim of optimising performance and
costs in operations in order to significantly increase the competitiveness of the company as a whole.
He has been supporting medium-sized companies as an independent consultant since 2013 and has been a partner of Reengineering Management GmbH since 2021. In addition to classic restructuring projects, tasks in trouble shooting and interim management as well as innovation projects are also realised, i.e. new supply chain strategies or planning, assembly and production processes are developed and new ERP tools are introduced, including cross- linked functional units throughout the company.

Pol van Eyghen has over 20 years of experience in industry and consulting. After his first positions as project manager at the Saarland Economic Development Agency and as export manager at Fabel Kabel & Leitung, he moved to Grupo Antolin, where he was managing director of plants in Saarlouis. He was then responsible for technology transfer at the Saarland Technology Transfer Company HTW Saarland.
During this time, he was responsible for many international projects in various areas with the aim of eliminating earnings weaknesses in an implementation-oriented manner, optimising processes and products in line with lean thinking and thus realigning companies holistically and strategically and industrialising IP know-how. His foreign language skills (French, Spanish, Dutch, English and German) have served him well in the implementation process

Frank Liesner has over 20 years of experience in finance and controlling. He has worked both internationally and in various industrial sectors. After graduating as an industrial engineer, he worked for the Henkel Group for over 10 years. International assignments have taken him to Spain, Chile and Brazil.
Responsible for the finance division as CFO, he successfully implemented reorganisation, integration and restructuring projects.

In the further course of his career, he successfully set up a shared service centre for the German subsidiaries of a large crane manufacturer. As Senior Director Finance, he then played a key role in the successful implementation of SAP S4 HANA at a biopharmaceutical company.
